Mission
PS 22 is a diverse, culturally responsive collaborative school community that provides an
inclusive, rigorous instruction to every child in a safe nurturing and affirming environment.
Each member of our community honors student's uniqueness where race, ethnicity, language
and gender are assets in their learning process. Through standards-driven instruction, PS
22 fosters a learning culture where every child has the opportunity to grow academically,
socially and emotionally.
